Diana S. Weitzel is an associate at the firm. Diana's primary practice is family law, including divorce, child custody, modification, enforcement, and child support. She also handles all areas of bankruptcy. Diana is a mediator and has received training in basic and family law mediations. In addition, Diana is an associate professor with the University of Phoenix where she teaches both business and law classes in the undergraduate and graduate programs.
She received her Bachelor of Science from Indiana State University. Diana then received her Executive Master of Business Administration from Texas Christian University and her Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan School of Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Diana was a managing attorney for the law firm of David S. Kohm & Associates representing clients in all areas of family law and consumer bankruptcy. Also, Diana has several years experience in business focusing on operations, supply chain management, marketing, and sales. Diana has over 10 years of experience successfully negotiating multi-million dollar contacts for the supplies, services, and outsourcing of over 2500 hospitals, as well as managing the customer service for these hospitals.
She is a member of Fellowship Church in Grapevine, Texas, and an active volunteer.
